The Empower ME program “is an educational space where skills and capacities are strengthened to train young people as leaders with the aim of turning them into agents of change and promoting the participation of women in spaces of power and public affairs.”
The program is developed in two stages:
- Online training, in which young women will have access to pre-recorded classes and weekly live sessions, support guides, discussion forums and more, all of this in an interactive platform that is available for the students all the time. During this period, they must develop a campaign as well as a micro-project.
- In-person Life Experience, the members of the 12 most outstanding microprojects will live an “Experiential Experience”, in which in addition to training, they will have the opportunity to share and network with their fellows.
